For those of you who love a good challenge as much as you love Christmas, we present to you: the 12 workouts of Christmas. Just like the classic Christmas carol, your trainers at Longevity are giving you a new 'gift' each day - except these gifts come in the form of... exercise. This challenge begins on Friday, December 11 and ends on Tuesday, December 22. By the twelfth day, you will have a full HIIT workout to completely crush. (Not to mention amazing strength and endurance!)
On the first day of Christmas, Longevity Fitness challenged me.....
FIRST DAY:
  • 1 mile run/walk
SECOND DAY:
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
THIRD DAY:
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
FOURTH DAY:
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
FIFTH DAY:
  • 5 teasers*
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
SIXTH DAY:
  • 1 minute plank
  • 5 teasers*
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
​SEVENTH DAY:
  • 7 lateral lunges
  • 1 minute plank
  • 5 teasers*
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
EIGHTH DAY:
  • 8 full roll-ups*
  • 7 lateral lunges
  • 1 minute plank
  • 5 teasers*
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
NINTH DAY:
  • 9 TRX rows
  • 7 lateral lunges
  • 1 minute plank
  • 5 teasers
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
TENTH DAY:
  • 10 lunges and bicep curls 
  • 9 TRX rows*
  • 7 lateral lunges
  • 1 minute plank
  • 5 teasers*
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
ELEVENTH DAY:
  • 11 box jumps or broad jumps
  • 10 lunges and bicep curls 
  • 9 TRX rows*
  • 7 lateral lunges
  • 1 minute plank
  • 5 teasers
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
TWELFTH DAY:
  • 12 full burpees 
  • 11 box jumps or broad jumps
  • 10 lunges and bicep curls 
  • 9 TRX rows*

  • 5 teasers*
  • 40 glute bridges
  • 30 squat jumps
  • 20 push-ups
  • 1 mile run/walk
*Tutorials and modifications will be available on our Instagram. 

We will post your daily workout on our Instagram Story, beginning December 11. If participating, be sure to tag us in any photos or videos. Challenge your friends & family to 12 workouts of Christmas and make this the happy and healthiest holiday yet!
