Do you offer any specials for new clients?
Of course! New clients have an array of options to choose from. Our New Client Welcome Package is the most dynamic, offering a taste of our services at a member rate. We also offer a One Week Intro package to first-timers and visitors.
Do I have to be a member to workout at Longevity?
As long as there is availability, you can take group classes, book wellness appointments and personal training sessions, as well as purchase a day pass for the open gym, a la carte. However, our members enjoy exclusive rates on all of the above.
Can I freeze my membership when I travel?
Memberships can be put on a one-time hold for up to three months for $55/month.
Do you offer a family membership?
Our Family Core Membership is ideal for 2 adults and children up to 21 years old. This membership includes access to the open gym and Recovery Lounge, as well as member rates on all services.
I am returning to fitness after a long break. What do you recommend?
We offer 30 minute complimentary orientations with one of our experienced trainers to familiarize yourself with various modalities, tips and techniques. Your orientation can take place in our open gym or on a Pilates Reformer. Additionally, we offer TRX Movement Assessments.
Where can I park?
You can park in any of the spots underneath in our parking garage or our overflow parking lot on the corner of Ashley Ave and Doughty Street* while at Longevity; additionally, there is metered/residential parking nearby, as well as parking at the Rutledge Tower.

I’ve never tried Pilates before. Where do I begin?
We recommend starting with a private, one-on-one Pilates session with one of our experienced instructors. This will help familiarize you with the Pilates repertoire, proper form and technique, and teach the importance of breath and controlled movement. Our Reformer Centered and Stretched class is also a great place to start, although we do recommend some reformer experience prior.
Can I take classes and use the open gym?
Our All Access Membership is perfect for those who love to combine group classes with workouts of their own. For $375 monthly or $4,200 annually, you can enjoy both Group and Pilates Reformer classes, along with access to our independent workout area. We also offer a Club Monthly Membership for $275 monthly or $3,000 annually, which excludes full-length Pilates reformer classes.
What can I do virtually?
We offer private virtual, in-home and off-site training for those looking for a convenient fitness routine.
Do you offer outdoor workouts?
Absolutely! Take a group class or workout with a trainer on our 1800-square-foot terrace. In addition to panoramic views of downtown Charleston, The Terrace at Longevity offers an inviting space to lounge in pre- and-post workout, outfitted with teak furniture and a cozy fire pit.
How can I book classes and sessions?
You can book directly via the Mindbody browser or app. Search and download Mindbody on your app store, compatible with Apple and Android devices.
What is your cancellation policy?
Private/Semi-Private Sessions and Wellness Appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All Group and Reformer Classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy. More information regarding our cancellation policy can be found here.
Are there showers, lockers and changing rooms?
We have five showers as well as a designated area for lockers on the second and fourth floor. Additionally, we have two changing rooms where clients can change in. (or try on our activewear in)
Do you offer retail?
We have a curated selection of activewear and accessories, such as Bandier, White & Warren, Lilla P, Beyond Yoga, Tasc, Koral and Splits 59 apparel, Great Soles & Tavi Noir toe socks, locally-handcrafted candles, and more. Select equipment by Balanced Body, Hyperice and TRX is also available for purchase. We host pop-up events and trunk shows seasonally; stay informed of upcoming events here.
