Opening late September, Longevity Pilates will cater to Kiawah, Seabrook and Johns Island communities and their visitors. The 1,500 square foot studio, located at Freshfields Village, will offer several styles of Reformer classes, to accommodate a range of abilities and sports-specific training for golf and tennis. A separate room, fully equipped with all Pilates apparatus, will be available for private and semi-private sessions.
