Ease muscle tension, increase mobility and unwind with a whole body stretch in this 60-minute restorative class. We'll use blocks, straps, balls, blankets, bolsters, and rollers to help you create a stretch that feels best in your body. You’ll stretch the whole body, from your toes to your neck. Everyone from beginners to serious athletes can benefit from rebalancing muscle length and relaxing tight muscles. Get ready to feel blissed out and loose!

Using Bala Bangles and light dumbbells as added resistance, this class combines power yoga, strength training and small bursts of bodyweight cardio for a workout that is invigorating, challenging and grounding, all while remaining low-impact.
S O M A T I C Y O G A
Gently melt knots and muscle tightness by rolling and stretching tense areas. With the use of yoga tune up balls, as well as some gentle somatic yoga techniques, this class will restore your body, enhance your range of motion and flexibility, and help unlock its full potential.
