Who says therapy means laying on a couch? Created by Longevity Club founder and Master Instructor, Jennie Brooks, Sweat Therapy is your ultimate stress release. In 55-minutes, you’ll have restored and re-energized your mind, body, and soul. This signature class blends HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength training, cardio, and Mat Pilates to the beat of an energizing, uplifting playlist. You’ll use dumbbells and equipment like the BOSU ball, bands, and sliders to get your heart pumping, build endurance, and strengthen, lengthen, and tone your muscles. This class ends with the ultimate cooldown: a full body stretch, savasana, and a cold lavender towel. Shoes optional; can be done in grip socks or barefoot

Take your training to the next level with this high intensity strength and cardio circuit class. Located in our 3rd floor Personal Training Suite. Not recommended for those with injuries, new to or just returning to working out. Shoes required.

A traditional Barre class with the Longevity touch! Expect all the burn you’ve come to love about Barre (and then some!), plus added emphasis on form, alignment and core strength. Each section of class is meant to create long, lean muscle by alternating interval overload with extended stretches. Put it all together and you end up with a high-intensity yet low-impact workout that shapes muscles unlike any other technique! This class is done barefoot or in grip socks.
