Integral to our mindful movement philosophy, we offer private and semi-private Pilates sessions and small group Reformer classes in our downtown Charleston studio. Pilates is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on body awareness and proper alignment to help you achieve strength, enhanced muscle tone, flexibility, and agility.
Our studio is fully outfitted with state-of-the-art Balanced Body Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Orbit.

Private Pilates Sessions
For those seeking an individualized experience, we offer private and semi-private (2 clients per instructor) sessions Monday through Sunday by appointment only. Please call us at 843-720-2700 to schedule a private or semi-private session with one of our highly qualified Pilates Instructors.
Group Reformer Classes
8 Participants Maximum Per Class
Each class is designed to improve alignment, stability, balance, flexibility and strength.
CLASSICAL MOVES
Using the traditional Pilates repertoire, this class focuses on form and technique, paying close attention to increasing challenges to proprioception and core control. Teaching the importance of incorporating the breath and mindful movement are also emphasized. Great for all levels, although some Pilates experience is recommended.
Recommended Prerequisite: 5 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
A.B.A. (ABS, BUNS, ARMS)
An intermediate-level, low-impact class that emphasizes toning your abs, tightening your glutes, and sculpting your arms.
Recommended Prerequisite: 5 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
JUMPBOARD + A.B.A
This is Pilates on the Reformer like you’ve never seen before. This class incorporates cardio using the jumpboard and cardio cloud, which lessens the impact on your joints, all while raising your heart rate and strengthening your core.
Recommended Prerequisite: 5 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
CORE BURN
An intermediate-level class with a contemporary twist. This class integrates advanced moves will ignite your core and challenge your balance, coordination, and control.
Recommended Prerequisite: 20 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
CENTERED AND STRETCHED
Attention is given to the breath to help us to connect deeper to our core, engage proper muscle groups, as well as promote elongation, extension and fuller range of motion in our joints. This class is meant to move slowly, allowing for those new to Pilates to grasp the fundamentals and also reap the benefits of dynamic flexibility and static stretches.
Recommended Prerequisite: 5 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
