Cancellation Policy
Inclement Weather
If inclement weather or flooding occurs, and clients know they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment or class, we ask that they let us know as soon as possible. No shows will be charged unless the business has closed.
Expiration Dates
We want to encourage clients to attend regularly so that the benefits of the work are not wasted. For this reason, please plan accordingly and only purchase packages you are able to use within the expiration period.
Monthly and Annual Memberships
Monthly Memberships can be put on hold in one month increments effective on your billing date. Annual Memberships can be put on a one time hold for up to three months.
Standing Class Bookings
Members with a monthly or annual class membership may reserve a weekly standing in classes if available. Late Cancellations more than three times in a calendar year will cause the standing booking privilege to be revoked for the remainder of the year so that other members can have the opportunity to book. Any memberships needing to be paused must be done so for a specified period of time. Standing class bookings will be canceled during that time. Failure to reinstate the membership at the end of hold will result in cancellation of any future standing class bookings unless pre-approved.
Standing Private Session Bookings
Members may reserve a standing session or sessions with any of our trainers or wellness therapists. A minimum account payment of $1000 is required to secure standing appointments. For shared accounts or weekly standings of three or more sessions, requires a minimum account payment of $1500. This amount is applied to the sessions until the balance runs out, in which a new account payment will be due. Once the account falls below $100, the balance will be automatically renewed with the card on file.
Payments
A credit card on file is required in order to book a service. Otherwise, payment is required at the time the appointment is made.
- Private Sessions: Cancellations less than 24 hours prior will be charged the cost of the session.
- Classes: Cancellations less than 12 hours prior will be charged the cost of the class.
- Monthly Memberships: Any and all late cancellations will be charged the cost of a single session or class.
