Cancellation Policy
Private/Semi-Private Sessions and Wellness Appointments require a 24 hour cancellation policy. In order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee, all sessions/appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation start time. All classes and Recovery Lounge sessions have a 12 hour cancellation policy. In order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee (a class credit or 20% off drop-in rate for members), classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. Orientation sessions are complimentary, however, to be respectful of the trainer’s time, a $40 cancellation fee will be incurred if less than 24 hour notice is given. We understand that unexpected and extraordinary events occur. For that reason, Longevity will waive one late cancellation per calendar year. Longevity is unable to make additional exceptions to these policies for any reason. If there is a chance you cannot make your session or class, please cancel.
Inclement Weather
If inclement weather or flooding occurs, and clients know they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment or class, we ask that they let us know as soon as possible. No shows will be charged unless the business has closed.
Expiration Dates
We want to encourage clients to attend regularly so that the benefits of the work are not wasted. For this reason, please plan accordingly and only purchase packages you are able to use within the expiration period.
Membership Holds
Members may freeze any membership for $55/month. If a member wishes to terminate a membership, the membership can be reinstated at a later time and is subject to an enrollment fee.
Standing Class Bookings
Members with an annual class membership may reserve a weekly standing in classes if available. Late Cancellations and No Shows more than three times in a calendar year will cause the standing booking privilege to be revoked for the remainder of the year so that other members can have the opportunity to book. Standings will be temporarily removed during a Membership Freeze and reinstated upon the return date provided by the member. Members are responsible for cancelling in advance if unable to attend class.
Standing Private Session Bookings
Members may reserve a standing session or sessions with any of our trainers or wellness therapists. A minimum account payment of $1000 is required to secure standing appointments. Shared accounts or weekly standings of three or more sessions require a minimum account payment of $1500. This amount is applied to the sessions until the balance runs out, in which a new account payment will be due. Once the account falls below $100, the balance will be automatically renewed with the card on file. Please visit or contact the front desk if you would like to change the credit card on file.
Waitlists
If a class you would like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. You will be notified by email (or through a text on your mobile phone if you select this option) and automatically added to the class up to 3 hours before the class starts if a spot becomes available. You may also choose to show up for the class in case there are any last minute cancellations, however, we can not guarantee you will be admitted to the class.
Payments
A credit card on file is required in order to book a service. Otherwise, payment is required at the time the appointment is made.
Guest Passes
Members receive 6 complimentary club passes (access to open gym and amenities) and 2 complimentary class passes.
Parking
If our parking garage underneath is full, additional parking is available:
Please be mindful when getting into your car not to sit and linger so those coming in after you can get to their service promptly. To allow for ease of entry and exit, please pull your car all the way in when parking in our garage. Golf carts may be parked adjacent to the first spots in front of our garage entrance.
