GRAIN-FREE WRAPS/TORTILLAS

VEGAN

Nut Butter & Jam
  • 2 tablespoons mixed nut butter (almond, cashew, hazelnut, walnut)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fig jam 
  • 4-5 basil leaves, chopped 
  • 1 banana (whole)
*Roll wrap, then cut into bite-sized mini rolls 

Veggie Burrito
  • ¼ cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup pico de gallo
  • ¼ cup beans of choice (black, pinto, chickpea, northern)
  • 2 tablespoons jalapenos
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4-5 crushed siete tortilla chips

Veggie Sushi Wrap
  • ¼ cup of thinly sliced cucumber 
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced mango 
  • ⅓ cup sliced avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of pickled ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut amino sauce ​

FISH

Lox & Cream Cheese 
  • 3-4 strips of wild smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Miyokos vegan cream cheese
  • ¼ cup chives
  • 2 tablespoons capers 
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Salmon Salad
  • ½ can of wild salmon 
  • 1-2 stalks of organic celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup of organic parsley, chopped
  • Wrap of choice
*Salmon may be substituted for wild tuna

MEAT 

Cheeseburger Wrap
  • ⅓ cup ground grass-fed beef 
  • 2 organic cheddar cheese slices
  • ¼ cup chopped pickles 
  • 1 tsp organic mustard 
  • 1 tsp organic ketchup
  • Handful of iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes 

Steakhouse Wrap
  • Grass-fed steak strips
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • ⅓ cup sauteed onions and spinach in grass-fed butter
  • ¼ cup of cauliflower mashed potato
  • 1 tsp steak sauce 

Thanksgiving Wrap
  • 3-4 slices of organic turkey (cold cut style)
  • 1/3 cup organic canned cranberry chunks
  • ¼ cup chopped sweet potatoes and mushrooms, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds​
