The importance of staying active has been ingrained in our mind for as long as we can remember. We’ve been taught that regular exercise promotes our overall health; however, how many of us can trace this knowledge back to the source? Studies show that family - parents, siblings, grandparents, cousins - positively influence our level of physical activity. A few members of the Longevity community share their own family fitness dynamic and how movement, whether together or apart, has strengthened their bodies and parent-child relationships.
