FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens to my current account balance?
All balances will be honored until their respective expiration dates or until depleted. Silver and Premier Flex Account Packages may still be purchased through December 31, 2021.
What if I go out of town?
You can freeze your membership one-time for up to 2 months.
Do I have to become a member?
A membership is not required. Non-members can simply pay the drop-in rate for all services. Please refer to our drop-in pricing below.
Can I pay my membership monthly?
Yes, memberships can be paid auto-drafted monthly.
Can I pay my membership annually?
Yes, memberships can be paid annually at a savings of $300 for Club Membership and All Access Membership and $60 for Essential Membership.
Are there any additional benefits for purchasing an annual membership?
Access to the Recovery Lounge and 2 Inbody Body Composition tests are included with the purchase of an annual Club or All Access membership.
I currently share a Flex Account package with another family member. Will there be family membership options?
Those with a Club membership can add a family member for $100 per month ($1200 annually) and receive all benefits and special pricing associated with that membership. Gold Flex Account Packages may still be shared for members with personal training standings.
Can I keep my Gold Flex Account Package?
Due to high demand, we will allow members to keep a balance on their account, which will reflect the normal discounts (15% off privates and wellness sessions and 20% off classes). This package is ideal for personal training clients with standing sessions. Our other packages are still available for purchase through December 31st, 2022.
How much of a discount on services will I receive as a member?
Members receive between 15 - 20% on services.
When does the new pricing start?
This pricing goes into effect January 1, 2022.
Do I have to sign a new contract?
Yes. You can sign a hard copy at the front desk or a digital copy via email.
What if I currently have a Group + Reformer Monthly membership?
Members currently on a Group + Reformer Monthly membership will automatically be transferred to the All Access Membership and maintain their $350 monthly rate.
If I am an existing member of The Club, will my current membership be affected?
No, if you are an existing member of The Club, there will be no change to your dues at this time.
