burn 360 calories from jennie's stair & strength workout

Combining our Stair Climb machine with a series of strength and mobility exercises, we created a workout that burns a minimum of 360 calories. That could equate to three glasses of wine, a grande caramel latte, or even a bowl of pasta bolognese with a slice of bread.
Benefits of the Stair Climber
At first thought, climbing stairs to nowhere may seem like a punishment. However, this form of exercise has many attractive benefits:
  • When done with proper form, you can improve your posture and strengthen your spine
  • Improves your cardiovascular endurance and heart health
  • Promotes mental clarity and aids in regulating sleep
  • It is low impact but still a great calorie burner
  • Strengthens the glutes and hamstrings for a firmer derriere
  • Helps relieve back pain
  • Does not put excessive strain on your hip, knee, and ankle joints, but can help improve their mechanics and strengthens the muscles around them to provide more joint protection
  • It is a great option when you are short on time, but still want to fit in a good cardio session
