small group training program, the sgt method, COMING SOON TO LONGEVITY

We are excited to announce our new Small Group Training program beginning this January. With an 8 week commitment, the SGT Method will include body testing, nutrition guidelines and planning, and a purposeful mix of strength, cardio, core and flexibility training. You'll receive personalized attention based on your individual needs and goals, and achieve results through consistency and accountability.
FITNESS
  • Initial one-on-one Trainer Consult
  • Two trainer-led workouts on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 10:25am
  • Three Inbody Body Composition Tests/Scans
  • Personalized workouts
  • Workout tracking and accountability 
  • Online group communication and resources

NUTRITION & WELLNESS
  • Virtual introductory session and 8 week performance guide
  • 8 week meal plan 
  • Weekly handouts to include tips, recipes, recommended supplements, hydration, high performance fuel, affirmation-setting, sleep and breathwork 
  • 3 one-on-one sessions with Dr. Brunner to address individual nutrition needs and lifestyle goals; review Inbody test results; set goals on what to focus on and what to improve over the next 8 weeks and beyond
